LDN or Celebrex for inflammation

Does anyone know if low dose naproxen (LDN) would serve the same function as Celebrex for anti-inflammatory for CFS? Or is one better for certain symptoms related to problems of inflammation in CFS and Lyme-like illness (I've had CFS for many years that was slowly getting better until I relapsed badly a few years ago after a tick bite fever.) Does one or the other have less risk of harm to kidneys and liver, for example?
Thanks.
