Curious I have noticed that drinking a half gallon of lactose free milk helps some with PEM.

For those of us with herpes family viruses like CMV and ebv I hear dairy is bad and feeds viruses according to anthony william

What are your thoughts?

Thanks

I'm now lactose intolerant enough that I am unwilling to try even the lactose free milk.
As far as I know those viruses are a thing I don't have.
