I still have the hyper sensitivity even to small exposures, the only thing that is helping me on that front that pushes back against it is serrapeptase + caricain (every other day) plus red light therapy. This is on top of what I'm currently taking with the rest of my supplement stack which will be different in what you need for everyone, if anyone ever had the single sure way out of this we all wouldn't be here posting right now. It feels like on exposure an autoimmune cascade begins because I will also start reacting more to other things too.
Like on my last day of work like the worst going away present of all time for the Summer the janitor was being lazy and didn't want to do his job so me and another coworker had to clean up a nasty, super moldy mess. that looked like no one had touched it in over 10 years. Was foggy, ill, fatigued, inflamed in the brain, dry mouthed, with raging tinnitus for almost a week with the only thing that beat it back bit by bit back to baseline was what I mentioned above.
I haven't tried binder besides activated charcoal or bentonite clay both of which no matter how slow I take it can make me a bit mentally clearer but then make me feel much worse. I've pushed them both for extended amounts of time before and haven't gotten anywhere with them. I also don't have access to the prescription binders so I gave up on those for now. The only apparently natural bile binder I found is people talking about okra but it would be ridiculously expensive to hold up using in a rotation and something just unsettles me about eating a bowl of slime every week so there's that too.
