Is there a push for Hepatitis C testing now?

I called my insurance today, and the rep read me a PSA that everyone from about 70 to 17 should be tested for Hepatitis C and that my insurance would pay for it. Is this a new push to test for Hep C? I've never been told by my insurance company to test for a disease.

I've never been tested for it, so I guess I should to see if it's possibly complicating my ME/CFS?
