No, i didnt go into it blindly, everything im taking is based off of my snp's. I have the typical ME ones-
+/+ MTHFR 677,
+/- every COMT and MTR, MTRR.
+/+ MAO A,
+/- CBS
etc...

This was also all discussed with my doc before starting. I just can't figure out whats going on
FWIW, my daughter is +/+ MTHFR and takes methylation supps on the recommendation of her ME specialist, but doesn't notice a significant improvement from them either. She has gotten much more improvement (she's now in or near remission) from other treatments. So for her, at least, genetic methylation issues are not a major factor in ME.

Interesting. I may try this for a brief more time then abandon it. Did/does your daughter take any glutathione or glutathione precursors?

No, she doesn't. She has in the past to no noticeable effect. IIRC she takes methyl folate, TMG, and methyl B12, but hasn't noticed a difference in ME symptoms. However, since she's a young married woman, she's enough concerned about folate levels to continue with the supplements.
