Is it possible to induce vasoconstriction locally like in the stomach?

Im starting my second trail with Cialis to see if it helps my neuropathy. The only negative side effect I get is stomach issues.

Stomach makes lots of sounds and gets bubbly after eating. Stomach feels like a weird combo of I have to pee and I have done 100 sit ups.

Something mestinon usually fixes pretty fast. I began mestinon after getting the mentioned stomach issues.

It would be interesting to see if it would help me if I could get the benefits of vasoconstriction in my stomach and the benefits of vasodilation in the rest of my body.

Do you think this would be possible in some way?

Edit: Maybe I could take 10mg mestinon with my meals? I eat two times a day. Oral pyridostigmine bromide is poorly absorbed. Maximum plasma concentrations occur at 1 to 2 hours and it is eliminated by the kidney largely unchanged with a half-life of 3 to 4 hours.

Interesting, you could try eating raw ginger , I find that helps a little with the nausea from silent migraines. The other thing to try might be something like Pepcid it’s an H2 antihistamine.

Thanks! I have some Pepcid I can try. I think I am allergic to ginger unfortunately.
