I wonder if this is an error or not, but the PDF I downloaded says "PREPUBLICATION COPY—Uncorrected Proofs." I wonder if they forgot to remove this, or if this is not really the final.

Thanks. I hope everyone reads the report. There is a lot of very good stuff in it. Perhaps it will calm people down. There has been a lot of anger, stress and negativity so far about the IOM process so far. I think everyone needs to read this and realize that it is on our side. Perhaps I am blinded due brain fog etc but I think it is great! ( the name SEID, I agree is not so great)
