Hi,

I am experience involuntary twitching, tingling, and slight pain in the center of my forehead. It happens ONLY when I am relaxing mentally. It is quite annoying and doesn't let me sleep. Whenever I am sleepy, and I lie down it happens. Whenever I meditate to relax/sleep it happens. It is not letting me relax! My sleep is very disturbed because of this and hence,my day also becomes crappy. Any tips/experiences on what should be done?
