We are pleased to announce that Dr Andreas Kogelnik will be speaking at the BRMEC4 colloquium and IIMEC9 conference. Dr Kogelnik has spoken at the last two IIME conferences and research colloquia.
We are pleased to announce that Dr Daniel Peterson will be participating in the BRMEC4 colloquium and IIMEC9 conference. Dr Peterson has been a dedicated advocate and leading physician for people with ME for a generation and is director at Simmaron Research.
We are enormously pleased that Dr Oystein Fluge and Professor Olav Mella will be returning to London to present at the BRMEC4 research Colloquium organised by Invest in ME on 29th May.
Dr Fluge and Professor Mella are continuing their research and will shortly begin their phase 3 multicentre clinical trial of rituximab. Both will be attending the IIMEC9 conference on 30th May.
On the evening prior to the IIMEC9 conference the charity will hold its pre-conference dinner in London and this year we are very pleased to announce that Dr Nigel Speight will be our guest speaker.
Dr Speight's presentation will be on the conference DVD which the charity's trustees have decided to produce for this year's conference.
During April/May we will have an earlybird offer for the DVD.
Invest in ME have again decided to fund a DVD of the conference.
From now until the end of May 2014 - during ME Awareness Month - the charity will offer the DVD at a reduced rate.
The DVD will contain 4 discs and will be in PAL format- containing the full presentations from the 2014 conference plus plenary sessions, and the pre-conference dinner keynote speech by Dr Nigel Speight.
I'll be there, and I'm intending to tweet the conference live and write up an article as soon as I can.Is anyone going to this who could report back? Obviously there may be information that cannot be reported yet, as in previous years.
DVD still cheap for a couple more days http://www.investinme.eu/DVD-earlybird.html
Yay! "Go you Beauties, solve it." ......
It is so exciting that this is happening here in the UK! Things have to change for us soon here, and it will be thanks to people like the IiME volunteers and such dedicated doctors.
