Hey, intracranial hypertension can be caused by different things: CCI, AAI, Eagle's Syndrome or vascular insufficiency. The cause of vascular insufficiency is generally a stenosis of some intracranial vein or extracranial vein like the jugular veins. Here's an article about intracranial hypertension manifesting as ME/CFS and treated with venoplasty: https://www.researchgate.net/public...rome_and_idiopathic_intracranial_hypertension.
Have a look at the research articles of Dr Higgins for more insights: https://www.researchgate.net/project/IIH-chronic-fatigue-project.

In other cases the cause it's just unknown, but a trial of a drug like Diamox can be considered as pharmaceutical intervention: https://www.iih.org.uk/treatments
