Insulin resistance and blood glucose issues

I wondered if you have looked into whether you have insulin and / or blood glucose issues?
For example with blood tests and wearing a CGM monitor.

Do you have issues with insulin and / or blood glucose? If so, have you seen any benefits from working on the issues?

What has helped you with these issues? thank you!

Vitamin D 30000-40000 iu per week and changing bread from whole rye bread to rice bread changed it a lot for me.

at one point molybden changed postbrandial sugar from ~100 to 70.. worked 3 times, then stopped working.

I don't know how common insulin resistance is in ME/CFS. However, it is a common and serious problem in general. If your have insulin resistance getting that under control (which is very possible) will be greatly beneficial for your health. I don't know if it will affect the ME/CFS at all, but it will still benefit you not to have insulin resistance. Being very sedentary or losing muscle mass (as ME/CFS forces us to be) can make insulin resistance or worsen it.

Reducing carbohydrates can help. If possible eat low carbs for 2 weeks can improve insulin sensitivity and then move to something like a carb day every 3 or 4 days.
