I was very interested to read about this connection to insomnia and one's genetics - https://medicalxpress.com/news/2017-06-insomnia-genes.html

Unfortunately I cannot find the relevant SNPs but hopefully this information will become available soon.

My sleep is a real issue as I know it is for many of us despite doing all the right things with regard to sleep hygiene.

If anybody else does find out this information would be great if it can be shared.
