INIM at Nova Southeastern: No new patients

The INIM at Nova Southeastern University is not accepting any new patients right now. (When I called them to ask for info they had a recorded message saying that.)

Does anyone know if there's some way to contact them to get on a waiting list, for example?

Any idea as to when they will take new patients again?

I spoke to them today and was told there is a 4 year waiting list atm. When I called in December 2019, I was put on a wait list but was told there was no timeline to open it up

Not great news for anyone :(
