I take B12 by injection - any specific multivitamin I should be taking?

Question in the title really. I think I remember Rich saying something about a vitamin/mineral one should be taking if you have B12 by injection? Would any vitamins in Boots (UK) have the said vit/min? Thanks in anticipation of the help

You could try B Plex by Biocare - it is a B complex without folic acid or B12.
