hello to all, I wnat to create a video to educate family and friends, a video where you can send your loved ones and help the ones struggling to get more support. But I want to do this right and get the point across.

- what would you say to your family and friends?
- what the lack of support did to you?
- what the support meant to you
- how and why it hurt?
I know is hard to be vulnerable but maybe we can teach the family of new comers to do better and for them not to go at it alone like so many of us here had to do?
