I am looking at the drugs antihistamines are going to be the only thing I can access otc... and H1 seems to be a top contender. Do you know if there is a big difference in H1 antihistamines.. I am worried that since they all will affect the same receptor that I am going to get the same response... suicidal was my last response in 2012 I have not taken H1 drugs since.
Mind you at the time I had just had a car accident a broken rib pneumonia and possible concussion. Could be the reaction was more than just the drug... any suggestion as to which one otc to start with if any as I have not completely decided to jump in with any H1 drug just yet. Don't be afraid to make a suggestion I am a long way from popping a pill just want to look it up. Thanks B

I have had a lung function test and an apt with an ENG all in the same wk the test results are not good waiting to see a specialist. The Eng suggested Arius and I have been taking it most days it seems to help my breathing. I think it messes with my sleep... I made a mistake before the reaction to the histamine drug was an H2 not an H1...
I think... I kinda think at times other times I don't think so well. I am contacting the listed support site for a doc today.
Thank you for the link.
