I had this itchy rash on the right side of my stomach. Any idea?

Is this just a random rash? Or could it be a sign of something?

If the periphery looks more red and inflamed than the center : could be dermatophytose.

shingles gives a very painful, vesicular lesion. and it's location is specific: it follows a dermatome

Yes, But the rash is gone. Though I had it for weeks, maybe 3-4 weeks if I remember correct.
