Hi everyone,

I went through the mentions of Piracetam on this website, reddit and X together with "cfs", "mecfs" or "long covid". This is the summary with the help of ChatGPT:

Here’s a breakdown of the anecdotal feedback on piracetam categorized by reported effectiveness:

Positive Experiences
• Significant benefit (e.g., brain fog relief, cognitive clarity, symptom improvement):
22 users (44%)

Neutral or Minimal Benefit
• Minor or inconsistent effects
11 users (22%)

Negative Experiences
• No effect or adverse reaction (e.g., sedation, fatigue, or overstimulation):
17 users (34%)

Adverse Effects (counted seperately):
7 users (14%) explicitly mentioned adverse effects.

This includes:
• Sedation/Fatigue: 3 users.
• Overstimulation or intolerance: 2 users.
• Blunted emotions: 1 user.

For reference, this is the table:

Selecting the right dose level is important, I discovered.

When I was taking piracetam doses around 2000 mg, there was increased cognitive clarity, but also emotionally blunting. But if I take just 600 mg, I find this noticeably improves brain fog, with minimal emotional side effects.
