I'm trying to understand if I'm expressing CBS through the sulfate strips.
Am I to understand that if I ate a big salad last night with broccoli and onions and tested my urine this morning and had high >1200 results that I have a CBS problem?
I tested 3 times yesterday and was low in the a.m., middle in the afternoon and a bit higher in the evening. I also eat eggs every morning.
Just trying to understand this method of testing.
