After searching for alternatives, most recently in the last days, I've settled on this Swanson low dose activated B complex. I split capsules, use 1/2 AM, 1/2 midday. I got excited seeing Sherpa's post re Source Naturals sublingual, also low dose, but it has folic acid, so I'm sticking w/ Swanson.Have you tried liposomal vitamin C, N-Acetyl Glutathione, or R-K-ALA for antioxidants?
What B complex do you use? Also, what's FMN?
I also try to rely on sun for Vit D. On days I get sun, I self-test - for D3 drops.
I had been using Vit C in footbaths, along with aminos, minerals. I'm no longer needing this. (I self-test for all my dosages). I don't use ALA due to sulfur issues, can't remember if I tried NAG in my past. FMN is coenzymated form of B2. I wrote a blog about my experience: essentially ended my reliance on antihistamines and mast cell stabilizers, much reduced my antioxidant needs.
However, I'm still trying to get on top of the ongoing experience which seems to be related to oxidation. My body seems to prefer food sources. I've been using green and olive leaf teas, mixed nuts/seeds, carrots. These days, since adding FMN, resveratrol and astaxanthin seem out of favor, only testing + for these when my system's really stressed. I've just added lecithin this week, seems to be a good help. I've been referring to radio's mitochondria series for my current research.
Just ordered 3 new supps to try, all are fruit substances. There were cheaper SOD choices, but from my reading yesterday, it's questionable about whether they survive the gut.
