How do I know for sure if I’m still suffering from EBV or is it CFS?

Tests don’t tell the full tale so how do you know? Can EBV cause PEM? Or is that only caused by CFS? I ask because my liver and spleen still get swollen a little every now and the .

You need to see a physician who specializes in MECFS. No one here can diagnose you.

You'll know if it lasts 6 months. ME (CFS) lasts at least 6 months or longer while EBV remits.
