How do I block CRH (cortisol-releasing-hormone)?

hello, CRF1 and CRF2 are receptors of CRH. Increased CRF1 is heavily involved in anxiety/stress/fear etc. Im wondering are there any drugs/supplements etc that has been shown to inhibit or reduce CRF1 activity?

So interesting, I came across this lately as well.

Ok, so this may seem out of the scope of your question, but I had been eating low carb / high fat, but low carb increases cortisol via CRH increase because you're body has to increase blood sugar. Increase carbs drastically seems to lower cortisol and presumably CRH, assuming you keep the fats very low.
