I love this team, I think they just pointed the finger on my auto-immune disease, as I have both these three autoantibodies elevated in my Celltrend result…(and dry eyes for more than 30 years)

Functional autoantibodies targeting G protein-coupled receptors in rheumatic diseases

"high levels of autoantibodies against the muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M3 as well as those targeting endothelin receptor type A and type 1 angiotensin II receptor have several implications in the pathogenesis of rheumatic diseases such as Sjögren syndrome and systemic sclerosis."

Sjogren's is another disease linked to coxsackievirus B infection. Ref: here

The only test available in my country was Picornavirus antibodies and I am negative.
Neither do I have the typical antibodies for Sjogren, so this is only a guess for now.

AT1R and ETAR are antibodies tested by Celltrend only for research, and I don't think we have enough published papers on it to make any definitive conclusion. (edit: for example ETAR is also found in vascular dementia)

On the other hand the auto-antibodies on these receptors are agonistic, and ETAR activation was shown to induce IL8 (the cytokine KDM found elevated in CFS/ME), so maybe there is a subgroup in ME/CFS with ETAR AAb?
