Help with weight loss - what works?

Sushi, did the weight come off quickly or did it take a few months,

It came off in a few weeks, but I think that was because of the stress and physical work of moving. On methylation protocols, I both gained and lost weight. No idea why, but eventually it settled back to my default weight.

Ok thats good to hear. Its been 3 months on my protocol and no change in weight and have 8kg to go. I've been told its a slow process but feels as if it is going no where. Good to know it will hopefully get back to normal as processes in my body start to turn back on.
