Help with amino acid results (urine)

I just received my amino acid results and almost everything is low:
Methionine
Lysine
Threonine
Leucine
Isoleucine
Tryptophan
Histidine
Alanine
Aspartate
Asparginine
Glutamine
Cystine
Tyrosine
Serine
Alpha-Aminoadipate
Phosphoethanolamine
Cystathionine

Ammonia is in the yellow high but not the red. (37,500 and the range is 12,000-49,000)
Glutamate and Urea and several others are in the low yellow (not red) range.

I'm not sure how to bring all this back up. I will post in the other forum as well.
