Help.. Upcoming ESA Year review.. What to expect and advice?

Hi,

I was fortunately awarded ESA last March and put into the Support Group for a year but that year is nearly up, my questionnaire has arrived to be filled out again followed by an assessment. In regards to my health I am the same as last year, not a lot has changed. I made a copy of my questionnaire from last year, should I just duplicate that with a few word changes? Do I need an updated letter from the Doctor? I am not at currently seeing any CFS specialists, a few years back I saw one and i submitted a letter they wrote for me during my last assessment, do I include that again? I must admit I am anxious about all this, I hate having to jump through all these hoops, it really just makes me feel like crap. Anyway moan over, I really would appreciate anyone 's input and any advice.

I'm in the US and every 2 years I have to jump through hoops for my long term disability. I take the forms from the previous review and pretty much copy them verbatim or make minor changes in wording, change around the order. I can't imagine one of them comparing the two forms to see what i did.

Did they ask for a doc letter? I don't give my place more than the ask for. I don't know about an old letter from a doc but my PCP, who is not a specialist, had no problem filling out my forms that needed doc info. I made copies, writing the info I needed from him, he filled in the originals with that info and I was good.

Thanks for the advice, You mentioned getting a supportive letter from my GP but I have not seen my GP in a year in regards to updating them about my CFS. I am a little unsure what the best approach would be when I go see them next, I don't want to come across in a 'I know i booked in for a check-up but im only really here because I have an ESA assessment and I need a letter of support off you, this is my updated symptoms!' Ive always been one of these guys that only goes to see the GP if it absolutely necessary
