I heard it from the current Mr Olympia, Phil Heath, at the Olympia press conference yesterday.

The Olympia contest is on this weekend... it's a bodybuilding contest... that one that Arnold Schwarzenegger won seven times back in the day. You can watch it live at iHerb, of all places.

I started following the sport when I was really sick, hardly able to do anything at all. Reminded me of a day when I was fit. It's certainly a niche thing to follow... but these guys have to train pretty hard. They have some interesting realizations.

Phil will be going for his eighth title this weekend.
