Have CBS, COMT but no MTHFR

Hi, I am new here and am looking for some suggestions for B12 supplementation.

I am homo for:
MAO-A R297R
MTR A2756G

hetero For:
COMT V158M
COMT H26H
VDR Bsm
VDR Taq
MTRR A66G
MTRR A664A
BHMT-04
CBS 699T
SHMT1 C1420T

phoebe1 - Due to your MTR and MTRR, B12 supplementation might help. But because of your MAOA, COMT, and VDR, you might have trouble with the extra methyl groups in methylB12. Hence hydroxoB12 might be the safer form to try.

Your other SNPs listed don't indicate any additional issues.

Any recommendations for my CBS gene?
CBS C699T can't cause the huge problems some people think it can. Since it's heterozygous, you might be a tiny bit slow in getting rid of homocysteine, which could be helped with a normal amount of B6.
