Has Enzymatic Therapy B-12 Infusion changed!

I've been using that for a few months. When I tucked it under my upper lip I had no problem with it lasting at least an hour.

I just opened a new bottle and I'm lucky if it lasts 45 minutes. Has anyone noticed this?
