SHITAKE MUSHROOM WARNING......


My husband brought home Shiitakes, for my pizza.

Four am: I"m not sleeping for hours. And now feel like crap.

I also was primed because I took a mix of mushrooms the day before in a protein powder: which I should no t have taken...(too much immune activation)...
