What are potential negative side effects that are important to be aware of as a ME patient?

What are potential negative side effects that are important to be aware of as a ME patient?

Edit: I can be a part of a ME FMT study.

Several have done FMT with MECFS on the discord group and on the facebook FMT groups. I have done FMT myself from Microbioma with temporary success.

The negative side effects could be catching an infection but that risk can be reduced from donor questionaires and testing.
