Hi all, I'm new to the forum and just like you I'm trying to figure out just what has been causing my severe problems for at least a year now.
I came across a very interesting story about a girl who was diagnosed with CFS and suffered for years before being diagnosed as having a thiamine deficiency. http://www.mecfscanberra.org.au/docs/stories/bronwyn.htm
In this case it appears that it was not a dietary deficiency but some sort of metabolic or mitochondrial defect. I also found two more people on a dysautonomia forum who were also completely cured with thiamine.
Has anyone here had their thiamine and other B vitamin levels tested? (besides B12)
