Gums

Question on behalf of my daughter. She has been in bed 24/7 for several years now and is increasingly having problems with her teeth and gums.
She describes it as 2 bumps that hurt when she presses on them (under teeth 44 and 34) and the 2 places in the lower jaw where bone anchors used to be are also painful. (bone anchors were removed 12 years ago)
When she has PEM the pain is worse.

For the record; she is so ill that a visit to the dentist is virtually impossible.
Will attach photos. Maybe someone has an idea what the problem could be. She herself wonders whether there could be inflammation

Tried an online dentist site which theyt answered "maybe an innocent bone protrusion"
Don't know, posted the same question there (without the PEM bit)
Bone protrusion could indeed be innocent but can also have a harmful origin

I experienced alot of swelling in the mouth on a daily cycle (typically towards the end of the day it would start.

The pulp my teeth are rooted in (eventually there is a bone)....swells up, my teeth don't line up, they ache and it can hurt ALOT. Two upper molars were particularly troubling, as they reside where an energetic meridian is also located. I felt like a chipmunk every night. My tongue would also swell up, doesn't fit inside my mouth, fun stuff.

I was finally able to reduce this really troubling symptom with low dose of LDN. its the main thing I noticed the LDN would do: stop this inflaming which is painful and gave me panic attacks (when my teeth hurt, I panic) ,

In my case, maybe its some type of MCAS reaction.
