GPs should follow up all patients with a mildly raised alanine aminotransferase level to rule out hidden hepatitis C infection, say researchers.

I thought this might have a relevance in terms of differential diagnoses (I think hepatitis C can present a bit like CFS).

And of course, it not impossible for somebody to have both.
