Good Relaxation Techniques

Hello,

I am really suffering with stress terribly and it is affecting my whole body, particularly my stomach and digestion and I need to do more about it.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any good relaxation techniques, breathing exercises or hypnotherapy, either online or on the iTunes Store or YouTube?

But I have a few criteria, no yoga or spiritual things please or meditation, and if you do know of any tracks to listen to talking you through a relaxation, breathing or hypnotherapy if it could be without music please.

Thank you very much.

You can get CDs of sound (not really music) that is supposed to relax your mind and help you sleep restfully. I do not know if this sort of thing is available on iTunes.

This one works for me - http://forums.phoenixrising.me/index.php?threads/relaxation-technique-not-based-on-breathing.19928/

Action for ME have some relaxation techniques on their site - http://www.actionforme.org.uk/get-i...sruption/managing-sleep/relaxation-techniques

And the Royal Free hospital has an online audio file of a relaxation CD - click 'Listen to audio file of relaxation disc' on this page - http://www.royalfree.nhs.uk/default.aspx?top_nav_id=1&sel_left_nav=25&tab_id=697

It took me ages to find a relaxation technique that works for me, but it was well worth it when I did.
