Interesting, why do you feel you do not need a CFS specialist?
GG
I've had CFS for 32 years and find I work best with a PCP who 'believes' in CFS and is open to treatment ideas form me that I get from following research.
Most CFS specialists are very intrenched in their own idea of treatment, treatments that do not work for everyone. I've seen a few of those.
Though I did see Dr Lerner a few years ago and he worked out a treatment plan for me that has helped me a lot. My current PCP is willing to follow this (Dr. Lerner is too far away to see regularly).
But now I'm moving to Cape Cod and I don't know how to find a good, or even decent PCP.
