good article for differentiating ME/CFS from illnesses

I've been looking up illlness that mimic ME/CFS, mainly due to my periodic desire to have anything more treatable than CFS and came across this.

I thought it was particularly good for any "accused" of having MDD instead.

Unfortunately, it just reinforced my dx but good to know i guess. Sorry about the edits, I always think my brain is working great til i see my post lol!

I copied the link from Chrome and it works on that ( tried it again just now)but maybe not firefox? Or couldbe the site was down ?
