Genetic issues that slow down the conversion of Folic Acid to Folate

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what are the genetic mutations that could slow or shut down the conversion of Folic Acid to Folate? Is it pretty much the 2 MTFHR genes(C677 and 1298) ? or is there any other genes involved? Thanks
