Does your gastroparesis get worse when you have a crash?
My crashes have changed over the years. Before I would end up in bed. Now symptoms of crashing have to do with the problems I’m struggling with the most. Before discovering methylation i was bed bound. Now my gastroparesis and SIBO is the challenge the issues most out of whack for me right now. It’s hard keeping to the strict diet and regimen and the holidays are a push. Have sweet new year wishes for all. 2020 is a new beginning.
