Flu shots for ME/CFS people

I ALWAYS recommend the chinese Don't Get Sick pills, or Get Over That Faster pills...they are outstanding.

They are rather inexpensive and one should simply: have them there on the shelf. Deploy at first sign or hint that something might be up.

Are you referring to Yin Chao and Gan Mao Ling?

Yes, Yin Chiao is the most widely used don't get the cold pill in the world.....

I"m not familiar with the Gan Mao Ling.

I also keep Huo Xiang Zheng Qi Wan on hand for the nauseated.

Also keep this one for stomach flu, virus, diarrhea, food poisoning...

Huang Lian Su Wan

I stick with Plum Flower brand, as they do considerable testing.

Curing Pills are another good one generally for an upset stomach....
