my sleep specialist neurologist prescribed me gabapentin which is supposed to increase stage 3 delta wave sleep while benzas decrease stage 3 where body repair occurs. I titrated the dose down from 600 to 300mg though since it was giving me bad symptoms at 600

physics....interesting. i think i tried that long ago for something else. my mom takes huge amounts for nerve pain due to disc herniation.

i was thinking...cfs has the footprint of a retrovirus .... nothing makes as much sense to me. what else causes a flu like illness (i know not everyone starts out like this but most seem to), and remains to weaken the immune system over time? and what else causes you do die - not from the virus itself - but from the latent infections that are now able to wake up?

plus my CD8 is always high. why would that be high? thats high from a virus, not lyme. why is my cd4 low? that also screams retrovirus.

sorry, after 22 yrs of this, i am going insane.

The immune system loses effectiveness with aging, that is why most people get cancer at an older age.
