Strange observations
I notice that my mother asks me to pull the fridge using the handles but for some reason I kind of claw it openFor about 3 weeks now

As I went downstairs today I could feel some kind of neurodegeneration.Gait unsteady

Not sure what it is but body feels lethargic and synapses, neurons not working properly

I took 500mg immunovir for the last 20 days put up to a few days ago until I ran out
Seems that inosine isn't doing the same.

Something in the environment possibly as I didn't experience this in Cancun?

I don't know what it might be with you @Davsey27 but I also get strange things which I am guessing are neurological. First thing in the morning, going dowstairs, making a brew etc, is always my most vulnerable time for strange stuff like that. Oddly I am okay bathing or showering, but it's when I start moving.
I am better as the day wears on. This didn't used to happen before.

I often feel like I've been dropped in from another planet cognitively, for an hour or two. And sometimes real neuro effects happen besides that. My legs can turn to jelly. Twitching eyes, an odd trembling in my jaw. Ordinary things not making sense. Clumsy.
It feels like my synapses aren't connecting like they should. No not average "sleep inertia".
That's even with a sound and healthy 8 hours sleep. But it happens anyway

maybe those symptoms are just part of a version of a crash happening because- your doing alot, trying to resolve any number of issues- you traveled a long way, why it took me weeks to get over one day of traveling in big airports etc.

Really odd neurological type things seem to occur- when we are feeling a bit worse, etc.

Your also staying wiht your family as I under stand it- just being around other people, their physical presence, the fact that we speak when others are there- this is all tiring stuff if its more than you used to.

Thanks guys and gals

Ita about 90 degrees out here in the Sacremento area

I'm in a trail where there are few signals

And feel less fluey in the woods/heat

PEM feels better out here

I think there may be a strong environmental component to this

Curious what you took?

Thanks

I take a range of things which seems to be a better approach. Vitamins C & E which has been a staple for me, I add Clean Chlorella (best chlorella I have taken, tested with no contaminants), r-Lipoic acid, charcoal and Pascalite clay. I drink a lot of water.

Toxins have always been a big rock in the road, I clear toxins, I feel better :)
