Not surprised. About five or so years ago I saw forum comments from Red Cross employees making comments about all the negatives going on at the ARC. Some seemed quite serious. Apparently it took a good five or more years before the FDA finally paid attention to what those Red Cross workers were complaining to eachother about. Nothing surprises me about organizations of any sort anymore.
