If she has excessive FAO from birth for no reason is it useful to use FAO inhibitors to allow the body to use glucose regularly?

I severely suspect that I have an excessive oxidation of fatty acids which does not allow me to use glucose in a normal way ... I wanted to understand if using inhibitors I can obtain benefits. Thanks.
