Famvir dose with Valcyte

I know that some people who take Valcyte also take Famvir.

I'm wondering what dosage Famvir people are taking with either 450 or 900 mgs Valcyte?

Dr Lerner had me carry on with the full dose of Valtrex (4g/day) when he added in the Valcyte.

I would think that would be the same as with the Famvir as he uses those fairly interchangeably, both at 4g/day.

I would also think that one could use anything up to 4g/day of Famvir because I know that not everyone takes such a high dose.

To increase it that fine by me.
