A very good article, actually. Serious alternative diagnoses are listed as being found in patients after getting the CFS label and ignored. Also a specific attack on the worthlessness of psychosomatic diagnoses
Hopefully it shocks some of the "just fatigue" people that someone who abruptly can't walk gets diagnosed with CFS, as do people with Lupus, MS, etc - it's a good indication that doctors know that we get some pretty severe symptoms.
Would have been better if they'd mention that there ARE tests for it. CPET, inflammatory markers, etc. But other than that, it was pretty perfect.
