Sometimes people ask me about ME/CFS, and I will give them a bit of an explanation of what it is, and how it affects sufferers. It would be really good to have a resource to send them, perhaps a webpage or factsheet. I'm thinking something quite "beginner level" to give some basic information on ME/CFS. Any suggestions? :)

Not a webpage but I watched this VIDEO the other night.

It gives a pretty good synopsis of this disease. There were only two things I wish he would have mentioned...one was that with POTs there is the possibility of fainting(s) and at the moment I can't remember the other thing. :(
