Facial fatigue...

Anybody have facial fatigue? It's like I cannot hold smile as after few seconds my mouth area get fatigue. Similarly cannot keep eyes straight into someone eyes while talking or while concentrating at something as my eyelid get fatigue. Anybody have any tips or solution for this problem?

I have both problems but the first one is because of my trigeminal neuralgia (neuropathy of facial nerve).
But the problem of keeping something in focus with my eyes is a big issue for me. After a while when i talk to someone i feel like my eyes cant keep the subject in focus and they get tired and i need to close my eyes.
CFS does weird things.

I get that often. Sometimes I'm too tired to smile. Sometimes I'm too tired to move my mouth to speak. Sometimes I can't keep my eyelids up, but more often the problem is that I don't have the energy to focus my eyes. I haven't found a solution yet, other than rationing out my smiles so as to give my face a lot of rest. Not the best solution, as I'm sure my face doesn't match my inner feelings!
