Experimental MS treatments for ME?

I was doing a bit of research for a friend with MS and came across this list of experimental treatments for MS. Drugs in various phases of research. I thought it was a really easy to digest list with just the right amount of info on each and it got me wondering if any of these might be relevant to ME. Someone smarter than me might be well placed to flag up something that could be interesting.

That's really neat! The closest thing I can think of is this list from the ME/CFS Clinician Coalition: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1T6psBJehr-6BuSNlCGfT6SKNbIFx0Lf5/view

However, it doesn't include a lot of the same information, such as how the drug works and what phase of research it's in.
