I've been taking Beta Ecdysterone on and off for a couple of months and curious if anyone else has any experiences
I noticed that it feels very similar to how Rapamycin felt when I took Rapamycin.
Turns out indeed it promotes autophagy (goal of Rapamycin), per these links anyways :

Other key notes
-Used by body builders to increase muscle mass
-Marketed to speed up 'recovery' time and increase athletic performance
-Doesn't really increase testosterone, per se, yet binds to estrogen
It makes me feel more 'full' inside, but sometimes it comes with some worsening mental symptoms, which was how I felt with Rapamycin.
Also caused a slight increase in heartrate a couple of times, but in my experience I would not call it a stimulant.
